​Service Cancellation Policy:

You must personally notify our office in writing (ie: email, mail, or a written request in office) to cancel services for your account.  Your cancellation request must include the account name, address, phone number,  reason for cancellation and the effective date.  Unless we are notified in advance, you will remain responsible for the accrued monthly service charges. All cancellations are made effective after receipt of cancellation notice. 


Weather Cancellations and Delays in Service:

Waste Depot may need to cancel or postpone collection services due to weather, disasters, acts of God, emergencies or uncontrolled circumstances. If you experience a delay in service please continue to leave your trash out as our crews will run accessible routes as normal and continue into the next day until the route is complete. We will make every effort to provide service as conditions allow. There will be no adjustment made to your bill for services cancellations or delays due to situations out of our control, such as: weather, unsafe road conditions, etc.
